Camping Information

Each GA and VIP ticket includes camping and parking from Friday, Aug 14 - Sunday, Aug 16. View the aerial photo below to see the location of the campsites offered. We also offer several upgraded camping packages:

Camp By Car Campsite Upgrade$30.00

-Park one vehicle at your campsite.
-Three tents per campsite (only one person has to purchase the Camp By Car upgrade per campsite.)

Electric RV Campsite Upgrade$175.00

-Park one RV per designated campsite.
-Includes 30amp electric hook up + waste/grey water dumping.
-Closer to the stage than GA camping.
-Two tents per campsite (only one person has to purchase the Electric RV upgrade per campsite).

Non Electric RV Campsite Upgrade$60.00

-Park one RV per designated campsite.
-No electric hook up, or waste/grey water dumping.
-Closer to the stage than GA camping.
-Two tents per campsite (only one person has to purchase the Non Electric RV upgrade per campsite).

Driving is not permitted inside the campground once parked. There will be a $10.00 re-entry fee per vehicle, per occurrence.

You only need to purchase one Camp By Car or one RV upgrade per campsite. A person with a General Admission ticket is permitted to camp at a Camp By Car or RV campsite that has been paid for by someone else.

Camp Fires

You can have a camp fire at your site but it must be in a fire ring. The venue does not have fire rings so you will have to bring your own. Fires must be a safe distance away from tents and cars.

Early Arrival

You can arrive a night early on Thursday, August 13th for just $30 in addition to your GA or VIP ticket! We will be having a special Thursday night welcome party in the lodge open to all ticket holders starting at 8pm.

Gate Hours & Policies

Our front gate will operate during certain hours each day. If you arrive outside of those hours, you may be subject to long wait times, and it is possible you will have to wait until normal gate hours to enter. This policy extends to people trying to re-enter the festival. Please do not leave the festival and try to re-enter outside our normal gate hours. This is HIGHLY discouraged. The gate hours for each day are below.

Thursday: 12:00pm - 11:00pm
Friday: 10:00am - 11:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 11:00pm

We encourage attendees to leave before noon on Sunday to give our cleaning crew ample time. The longer it takes to clear the venue, the longer they have to work! Please gather all your trash and place it in a near by receptacle before leaving. We also provide recycling stations.

Music Schedule

Our music schedule will be released closer to the event.

Outside Alcohol Policy

  • No glass!
  • Alcohol is permitted within the campground at Freakstomp for guests 21 and older.
  • Attendees will be able to bring a reasonable amount of alcohol into the event.
  • Full sized kegs are not permitted.
  • Selling alcohol is also strictly forbidden.
  • Outside alcohol will not be permitted in the concert area.
  • Alcoholic beverages will be available for sale in the concert area and the VIP lodge.
  • Providing alcohol to minors will result in your immediate ejection and potential prosecution.

Parking

There is no additional charge for parking. General admission parking will be assigned by the staff. You will not be able to park by your tent unless you upgrade to Camp By Car Camping. All RVs (including pull behinds) will need to purchase the RV upgrade. Once you have parked, driving is prohibited. If you must leave, a $10 re-entry fee will be assessed per vehicle each time.

Rules

-No pets.

-Unauthorized vending is not permitted.

-No illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks or nitrous tanks are allowed on the festival grounds. Violators will be ejected from the facility. We want to provide a fun and safe environment that EVERYONE can enjoy.

-No underage drinking.

-No glass.

-No laser pointers.

-No Chinese lanterns.

-No full size kegs.

-No driving any gas/electric vehicles on the campground. (Golf carts, atvs, scooters, dirt bikes, etc).

-No flash photography in concert area.

-Listen to and respect the staff.

-Please bring everything you need. We highly discourage re-entry, and will be charging $10 per occurrence, per vehicle.

-Be respectful. Don't keep your neighbors up all night. Please do not play loud music from your vehicle.

-Pick up your trash and any trash you see. Please respect the environment and do not create unnecessary waste!

-Park only in designated areas! Violators will be towed at the owners expense.

-No swimming.

-We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone, or anything we deem to be dangerous to the festival.

-No refunds.

RVs

RVs are permitted only with the purchase of either the Electric RV, or Non Electric RV Campsite Upgrade. If you choose not to purchase the Electric RV Campsite there is no waste dumping, electric, or water hook-ups available in the Non Electric RV Camping area. Make sure your water tank is full, and your waste tank is empty upon arrival. No dumping! You must purchase an RV campsite to bring your RV or pull behind.

Early Arrival

You can arrive a day early and enjoy a night of camping for just $30 at the gate. All Thursday arrivals must also purchase a GA ticket. The gate opens at 12:00pm.

Children and Families

We welcome children and families to Freakstomp. We strive to provide a family friendly atmosphere, and provide family camping areas. Children 12 and under are free! For more information please contact us!

In order to claim your VIP Merchandise Package you will need your ID. That ID must match the name on the purchased ticket. The shirt size indicated on the initial order will be used unless you contact us 6 weeks prior to the event.

Zero Waste Initiative

We take our impact on landfills very seriously, which is why we've teamed up with Zero Waste Event Productions. There will be a $2.00 Zero Waste fee on top of your ticket at the gate. A $2.00 Zero Waste fee is also charged at checkout for pre sale tickets.

Zero Waste Event Productions aims to divert as much waste as possible from the landfill through recycling, reuse and composting. We believe in a philosophy that all “waste” is really a resource. Your trash is our treasure.

So what can you do to help?

In the spirit of a true Zero Waste event we encourage all festival-goers to consider taking these simple steps to help us out and make this the greenest fest yet!

  • Bring a refillable water bottle and gallon jugs of water rather than individually wrapped water bottles.
  • Recycle and compost everything you can at our “resource recovery stations.”
  • Make sure you take your camping gear with you when you leave.
  • Pay attention to signs and drop off sorted waste at the proper location at the end of the festival.
